Zirveye Türkçe veya İngilizce dilde yazılmış bildiriler kabul edilmekte olup, bildiriler yazıldıkları dilde düzenlenecek oturumlarda sunulacaktır.
Zirveye gönderilen tüm özetler hakemler tarafından değerlendirildikten sonra, uygun görülen çalışmalar tam metin göndermek üzere davet edileceklerdir. Gönderilen tam metin halindeki bildiriler en az iki adet hakem tarafından değerlendirilecektir. Hakem değerlendirme sürecinde başarılı bulunan bildiriler, zirvede sözlü sunum için kabul edilecek ve bildiriler kitabında yayınlanacaktır.
Zirvede sunulan bildiriler arasından seçilen çalışmalar, hakem sürecinden geçerek makale olarak yayımlanmak üzere aşağıdaki indeksli dergilere önerilecektir.
